Non-Recyclable Waste
The following items are non-recyclable waste and therefore cannot be
recycled. So remember to exclude these items from the recycling bins.
- Bottle Caps & Jar Caps
- Bottles with cigarette butts or spittoons
- Plastic Bags (unusable)
- Food Matter
- Tableware
- Auto Glass, Lab Glass or Window Glass
- Candy Wrappers
- Wax-Coated Paper/ Envelopes
- Coffee Filters
- Paper Towels/ Napkins/ Tissues
- Paper Cups/ Plates
- Food Matter
- Plastic/Metal Notebook Binders
Make sure that all recyclables are collected and brought to the
RECYCLING BINS instead of the trash cans. Otherwise, all hallway
trash cans will be emptied by the housekeeping staff and sent to
Rumpke Landfill - IT IS NOT SORTED OR
RECYCLED.
