Who we are:
Building and Special Services is a division of the Physical Facilities Department
and is responsible for the academic building custodial maintenance, trucking,
and recycling.
Our
Vision:
To be only the best by providing Miami University with clean, functional
buildings and special services including trucking and waste management.
This will be achieved through safe practices, wise use of resources, prompt,
courteous and responsible service, innovative approaches, partnerships
and continuous improvement.
Our
Mission:
To help educate students by providing clean facilities and special services
to the University.
